Some days you just know are going to be good.  I woke up this morning in my sun filled room in San Francisco after an amazing night’s sleep.  Today I get to work from home so I already knew it was going to be better than most.  My two dogs rushed up and licked my face to say “good morning”.  What a beautiful day!

I opened the door of my bedroom and in my hallway stood one of my favorite people – 6′3″, rock-solid muscled Joey McElroy.  He was coming out of the bathroom wearing nothing but a towel.  I had completely forgot that he popped by my house late last night on his way home from visiting his family down south.  Joey is one of my favorite models.  After running out for coffee and catching up for a couple of hours, he and his friend took off to head toward Healdsburg for some wine-tasting.

I know that most of you did not get to wake up to a Mega Muscle model coming out of your shower so I figured the least I could do was share a little Joey McElroy with all of you to help you through to the weekend – Happy Hump Day!
